Having worked on a range of projects, Mabel has a diverse project, stakeholder and change management skillset. Mabel enjoys working in team environments and has led and supported teams across the private and public sector to achieve project outcomes; developing bespoke solutions to complex challenges to deliver the best possible result for clients, projects and the end user.
Mabel has experience in all project stages; from concept through to detailed design, business case submission, authority approvals, contractor procurement, construction, commissioning/handover, and post-completion. Mabel also has experience managing a wide facet of project streams and stakeholders.
