The project comprised the redevelopment of an older existing commercial building on the corner of A’Beckett and Elizabeth Streets. AREA3 were enlisted to act as project managers throughout the development.
We transformed the dated space into 96 modern studio, one and two bedroom apartments. On the ground floor we also provided space to accommodate new retail outlets.
The redevelopment required the creation of 3 additional levels above the existing structure, with upgrades and improvements to the services. This was vital to meet current standards and comply with the Building Code of Australia.
Throughout the construction, we maintained a high standard of finish in keeping with the goals of our client.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
