Reporting directly to the project director, AREA3 was engaged by the Victorian Department of Health to deliver project management services for the new Bendigo Hospital.
The new Bendigo Hospital project included a new acute hospital, mental health inpatient facility and an ambulatory care centre in refurbished space.
The new facilities were built on the Barnard St site which encompasses the Anne Caudle Centre, the Central Education Precinct and the closure of Mercy St.
AREA3 was responsible for driving project outcomes and meeting the requirements of both the Victorian Department of Health and the Bendigo Hospital.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
