AREA3 were engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the new Employsure office in the Sydney CBD. The works included converting 3,040m2 of shell and core base building into a high quality and functional work environment within a tight program.
AREA3 completed the full range of project management services to complete this project within the required timeframe and approved budget.
The project included a high density seating environment, utilising the delivery of new and transfer of existing equipment from 3 office locations into the newly fitted office space. The project required detailed logistical planning and prior commissioning of data services to deliver a seamless and hassle free transfer. Careful planning and management maintained 24hr operations during the build and migration.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
