The Family and Community Services (FACS) organisation is a government funded initiative that works with children, adults, families and communities to improve lives and support local communities.
AREA3 was proud to work with FACS to act as the Project Manager for the development and delivery of their new offices in Redfern. The new offices were designed to house their Future Matters Team and required thoughtful consideration of workplace optimisation.
The project was delivered on a tight program, with construction continuing through the 2018 Christmas period. This was necessary to ensure the department would be operational by early 2019. AREA3 successfully delivered the project on budget and to schedule.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
