In 2019 INTL FC Stone decided to move to a new office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and enlisted AREA3 to deliver the crucial fit-out.
AREA3 was engaged as the Project Delivery Manager to manage all works and certificate acquisition required for the relocation. Our role includes managing the design, overseeing construction and managing the program to deliver by the planned move date.
In addition to this, AREA3 are managing all RFIs between the Client and contractors, reviewing claims against works and reporting to the Client on progress. We are ensuring that all works adhere to the statutory requirements and look forward to presenting the handover documentation to our Client.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
