AREA3 was engaged by Metro Trains to lead a mixed use development within the Melbourne CBD. The goal of this project was to provide Metro Trains with a centralised base of operations and management.
The final project will include basement car parking, 17,175m² of commercial space, a 27 storey residential tower with 240 apartments and a 11,339m² hotel tower with 369 rooms.
As the lead advisor, AREA3 provided development management services including identification of best land use options for a lot located in Melbourne’s CBD.
We also conducted a feasibility analysis, assessment of development options and an options analysis report outlining costs and risk.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
