AREA3 worked to deliver a residential development on Myrtle Street comprising a 10-unit building construction.
The works included three x 3-storey residential buildings comprising of two townhouses and eight apartments. In addition there was also a single basement level to provide 17 car parking spaces.
AREA3’s scope of services included development and project management services to the developer prior to inception.
We also provided support to the developer in obtaining a construction certificate. The project was due to commence on site in January 2017 and for completion in February 2018.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
