Responding to the need to comply with the latest aged care facility regulations, Prague House was relocated to a site adjacent to St George’s Hospital in Kew. St. Vincent’s goal was to provide a comfortable and secure environment for its residents.
AREA3 delivered the new 45 bed facility including large dining areas, a lift, 9 car parks, open interconnected walkways and a large deck leading to a recreation area and landscaped gardens.
Ensuring social, cultural and environmental responsibility, Prague House was constructed in accordance with both resident and community requirements.
This project demonstrated St Vincent’s Health’s dedication to providing the highest quality of care services.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
