AREA3 were part of a team that assisted the Burnet Institute achieve financial close on their Alfred Centre development.
We provided advice to secure long term leases on their behalf (25 years+) with Monash University, La Trobe University and the Baker Institute.
This development allowed the integration of the Burnet Institute and Austin Research Institute into one location for our clients.
Our work with the Burnet Insitute also encompassed the relocation of the International Diabetes Institute, provision additional research accommodation for the Baker Institute and expansion of Alfred Hospital’s successful elective surgery facility.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
