AREA3 provided project management services for the delivery of the multi-unit residential development, The Chelsea Apartments.
The project consisted of a ground floor retail space, a two-level basement area within the four-storey apartment block.
Once completed, the development comprised of 65 units in total, with a mix of studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed and penthouse designs.
In addition to the central construction, AREA3 also oversaw the completion of the common courtyards areas.
The Chelsea apartments were designs and envisioned as high-quality residences, and AREA3 was responsible for ensuring that the client’s expectations were met throughout the project timeline.
Following the highly successful launch of Stage 1 of Global Switch Sydney East, we chose to extend our relationship with AREA3 from Stage 1 into Stages 2 and 3 due to their professionalism, knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure projects, and the high quality of their work
